Why don’t we meet…

…at the TMT31?

Finally, tradeshows are a thing again. And even more lucky for us – the first one that we attend, happens to be just around the corner in Düsseldorf. So, come and visit us at the Tonmeistertagung from November 3rd - 6th at booth #024. We are looking forward to meeting you (in person again).

And we don’t show up empty handed – get a first glimpse of the new TRACK E firmware, which now offers audio-monitoring for Android and iOS devices. The firmware will be available some time later this year.

See you in Düsseldorf!

Charité intensiv - Station 43

TRACK E in a minimalistic documentary setup

What does everyday life look like in a Covid-19 intensive care unit? This is the question that director Carl Gierstorfer and co-author Mareike Müller set out to answer in their mini-series "Charité intensiv - Station 43“. What was from day one an emotionally demanding project soon, however, also became a technically challenging task.

Supply Chain Difficulties

Production progresses only sluggishly

As you may have noticed, factories can burn down, container ships can get stuck, too little of everything is available, everyone wanting much more of everything and on top of all that we are still in one of the worst pandemics. One fact that makes it all more bearable is that we're not in this alone. We have fantastic new staff to handle all of this and we can ship many many orders every day. Still, we are behind and can't build TRACK E and SYNC E devices as fast as we would like to due to difficult component sourcing. So thank you all for your support and understanding for the delivery delays.

Stay healthy, happy & busy!

Welcome 2021!

We didn't sleep during winter break

After this busy last year, we have to take it a little easier at the beginning of the new year. But we'll be shipping our beloved TRACK E and SYNC E units again in about 2 weeks. But in the meantime we have some news on the software front. There is now the Tentacle Float Converter for macOS and Windows. With this free tool you can easily convert the 32-bit audio files of  the Track E to 24-bit if your own editing software can't read 32-bit float files. Additionally there is an update for the Tentacle Sync Studio (Mac) as well as for the Timecode Tool (Windows). The Sync Studio is now ready for macOS Big Sur & Apple M1 silicon computers. The Timecode Tool doesn’t need a license activation anymore and can simply be downloaded for free.

Thank you for all your orders

2nd batch is coming in January

We are thrilled, exhausted, relieved but mostly really happy that the release and the shipping of the first batch of our TRACK E timecode audio recorder is done. We can't put into words how much we appreciate your numerous orders and feedback on the TRACK E. Now that the first batch is sold out and many orders are still coming in, we want to let you know, that we are getting everything ready to manufacture the next batch. This will be available in January. And please check our worldwide reseller list: some of them still have TRACK E audio recorders in stock.

Are you ready?

The first batch of Track E is now available

Alright - this took longer than expected. And we are pretty sure that you all are excited to finally hear more details about our new pocket-sized TRACK E Timecode Audio Recorder. And therefore we like to keep it brief.

But before we get to the actual news, we would like to thank you for being loyal and supporting customers. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without your ideas, kind feedback and support. THANK YOU!

We are happy to announce that the first batch is in production and can be ordered from now on at our resellers and in our online store as well.

Summer is over - Octo-ber can begin

The last weeks before the Track E is released

While some of us are busy assembling the SYNC E time code generators, packing orders and answering your questions, the others are busy programming the new setup app, preparing the workstations and ordering the last components for the TRACK E, all the things on our to-do list.
We are happy that after these months all threads finally come together. In a few weeks we will start with the production of the first TRACK E audio recorders. This is not only possible thanks to our hard-working team, but also thanks to our great group of beta testers who took the audio recorder TRACK E to the Alps, to reality shows, podcast productions and much more. TRACK E - just around the corner

The state of affairs

Dear Tentacle friends, Well, what a few months that has been! It’s safe to say, none of us could have seen that coming! We hope you’re keeping well – as we are. We had intended to launch TRACK E by the summer and now with Corona taking a backseat, many of you are already in production and want to get your hands on our new Tentacle family member – and trust us: we want this too!
