TENTACLE Beta

Welcome to the Tentacle Beta Program! You have to perform two steps to use our Beta features.

Attention

Do not use beta versions in your production workflow until you have extensively tested it or you are advised from our support team to do so.

Step 1: Update the SYNC E / TRACK E firmware

  • Download the firmware update from our Downloads page.
  • Extract the archive, start the macOS or Windows firmware update app and follow the instructions shown on the screen.

Step 2: Install the beta version of the Tentacle Setup app

iOS

  • On iOS, scan the following QR code using the camera app of your iPhone:
    • QR Code for Tentacle Sync Setup App Beta for iOS
  • If you are reading this page on your iPhone, click here instead.

Android

  • On Android, please scan the following QR code:

  • If you are reading this page on your Android device, click here.

  • To find the "join beta" button, you probably need to scroll down a bit.
