Voluntary B2B Return Policy

Our offers are intended exclusively for business customers, entrepreneurs and traders within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). We do not sell to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB.

Accordingly, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal under Section 355 BGB does not apply.

Notwithstanding the above, and without acknowledging any legal obligation to do so, we voluntarily offer our business customers the following return option, subject to the conditions set out below.

Scope of the Voluntary Return Option

Business customers may request the return of eligible products within 14 calendar days after delivery.

This voluntary return option applies only if:

• both the billing address and the original shipping address are located within the European Union;

• the return shipment is sent from within the European Union;

• the product is eligible for return under this policy; and

• the return has been approved by us in advance.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be in unused, complete, and like-new condition.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and include all accessories, cables, manuals, documentation, labels, protective materials, and any other items originally supplied with the product.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the product, packaging, accessories, or documentation are missing, damaged, incomplete, altered, or no longer in like-new condition.

Excluded Products

The following products are excluded from this voluntary return option:

• custom-made, customized, personalized, or specially configured products;

• software licenses, license keys, subscriptions, digital products, and electronically delivered products;

• products that have been activated, registered, paired, configured, installed, used, or otherwise put into operation;

• products with broken seals, missing serial numbers, removed labels, or signs of tampering; and

• products expressly marked as non-returnable or final sale.

No Returns from Outside the European Union

This voluntary return option is available only for orders where both the billing address and shipping address are located within the European Union.

Returns from countries outside the European Union are not accepted.

This includes, for example, returns from Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and other non-EU countries.

Due to customs, import, and tax formalities, any return shipment sent from outside the European Union may be refused or returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at support@tentaclesync.com within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Please include:

• your order number;

• the product(s) you wish to return; and

• your billing and shipping details.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Return Shipping Costs and Risk

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We do not accept freight collect, cash-on-delivery, or other non-prepaid shipments.

The customer bears the risk of loss or damage during return transport until the returned product has been received by us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you whether the return has been accepted.

If the return is accepted, we will refund the purchase price of the returned product to the original payment method within 14 days after acceptance of the return.

Original shipping costs, express shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, payment fees, and other ancillary costs are non-refundable.

If the returned product is incomplete, damaged, used, activated, or otherwise not eligible for return under this policy, we may refuse the refund or deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

Defective Products and Warranty Rights

This voluntary return policy does not affect any statutory rights relating to defective products or any contractual warranty rights that may apply.

Changes to this Voluntary Return Policy

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this voluntary return policy for future orders at any time. The version applicable at the time of purchase shall apply to the respective order.
