Processing and delivery time

We usually ship on the next business day. Carrier transit time is added on top:

Germany: 1–2 business days

Europe 1: 2–4 business days

Europe 2: 3–6 business days

North America, Asia, World 1: 3–7 business days

Oceania, World 2: 5–10 business days

These are business days from the shipping confirmation and are average values. Customs clearance, public holidays and weather events can extend them.

Free shipping

Orders to Germany and to shipping zone Europe 1 ship free from a net order value of 499 EUR.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with DHL and FedEx. The carrier we use depends on the destination and the requirements of the shipment. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number and tracking link.

Complete delivery

We generally ship your order in full, once all items are available. If your order contains an item that is not yet in stock, the shipping date is determined by that item.

On explicit request we can ship items that are already available ahead in a partial delivery. The additional shipping costs per partial shipment are payable by you. Please contact us before or immediately after ordering at shop@tentaclesync.com.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address before placing the order. Once the shipment has been handed to the carrier, changes are only possible to a limited extent. Products with built-in lithium batteries cannot be delivered to parcel lockers.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are calculated using our shipping zones. The exact amount for your order is shown during checkout before you place a binding order.

Sales to businesses only

Our shop is intended exclusively for entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB): self-employed professionals, freelancers, businesses and legal entities. We do not sell to consumers. By placing an order you confirm that you are acting in the course of your trade, business or profession. A consumer right of withdrawal therefore does not apply.

Prices and VAT

All shipping rates shown are net prices plus statutory VAT. For deliveries to businesses in other EU countries, we ship free of VAT once we have verified a valid VAT identification number; the tax liability passes to you under the reverse-charge procedure. Please enter your VAT ID during checkout. Invoices already issued cannot be amended afterwards.

Customs and import charges

All orders are shipped from Cologne, Germany. Deliveries to countries outside the EU customs and VAT territory may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and other local charges. These are not included in the purchase price or the shipping cost and are payable by the recipient. We ship on a DAP basis (delivered at place, duties unpaid): charges are collected by the carrier or the customs authority on delivery. The amount and the way it is collected are governed by the law of the destination country.

Passing of risk and duty to inspect

The risk of accidental loss or deterioration passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier (§ 447 BGB). Please inspect the shipment immediately on receipt and report any visible transport damage or defects to us without delay at [support email]. Merchants are additionally subject to the duty to inspect and give notice of defects under § 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB). We recommend noting externally visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt at the moment of acceptance. This makes claims considerably easier to settle.

Transport of lithium batteries

Some of our products contain built-in lithium-ion batteries and are subject to dangerous goods transport regulations (UN 3481). We ship them only via approved routes and with the required labelling. For some destinations this may extend the transit time.

Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment is returned to us because the delivery address was incomplete or incorrect, or because it was not collected, we will charge the return shipping costs actually incurred as well as any customs or storage fees.
